Who we are
Creogen is a creative production studio for iGaming, affiliate and performance teams. This policy explains what personal data we process when you use creogen.eu: browse the catalog, create an account, sign in with Google, buy creatives, subscribe to a plan or send us a brief.

Data we collect
- Account data — your name and email address. If you register with a password, we store only a one-way hash of it, never the password itself.
- Google sign-in — if you choose “Continue with Google”, Google shares your name, email address and a technical account identifier with us. We do not receive your Google password, contacts or any other data from your Google account.
- Orders and cart — the creatives you add to your cart, your customization notes, order history, order status and the files we deliver to you.
- Subscriptions — your plan, billing period, subscription status and how many creatives of your monthly quota you have used.
- Briefs — the name, email, company, Telegram handle, project description and attached file you send through the “Start project” form.
- Technical data — your IP address and browser information are processed by our web server to deliver the site and keep it secure. We use the IP address to suggest the right language version; it is not stored in your account.
How we use your data
- to create and run your account and let you sign in;
- to process orders, deliver finished creatives and give you access to downloads in your dashboard;
- to run your subscription and count your monthly creative quota;
- to reply to your brief, prepare a quote and produce custom creatives;
- to contact you about your orders, briefs and account;
- to protect the site and our clients from fraud and abuse.
We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.
Payments
Payments and subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered directly in the Stripe checkout form and are never sent to or stored on our servers. We receive only the payment status and a Stripe customer reference needed to link payments and subscriptions to your account. Stripe processes your data under its own privacy policy, available at stripe.com/privacy.
Who we share data with
- Stripe — payment processing, invoices and subscription billing;
- Google — only when you choose to sign in with Google;
- our hosting provider — the servers where the site, the database and uploaded files are stored.
We may also disclose data when required by law.
How long we keep data
We keep account, order and subscription data while your account is active and for as long as needed to meet accounting and tax obligations. Briefs and attached files are kept while we work on your request and for a reasonable time afterwards so we can continue the project. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your profile, cart and order history, except for records we must keep by law.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, or transfer it to another service. To exercise any of these rights, write to creogen@bmgm.io from the email linked to your account. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Security
The site works over HTTPS, passwords are stored as hashes, finished files and briefs are kept in closed storage and are available only to you and our team through the site. No system is completely secure, so please use a strong password and keep your login details private.
