What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website saves in your browser. creogen.eu uses cookies that are needed for the site to work — keeping you signed in and taking payments — and, only if you agree, one preference cookie that remembers your language. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
On your first visit a banner asks you to accept or decline. Essential cookies work either way, because without them you cannot sign in or pay.
Cookies we set
- PHPSESSID (essential) — keeps you signed in and protects forms from forged requests. While the browser is open it also remembers your language if you declined cookies. It is deleted when you close the browser.
- cookie_consent (essential) — remembers whether you accepted or declined cookies, so the banner is not shown again. Kept for 1 year.
- lang (preference, only after you accept) — remembers the language you chose (English or Russian) so the site opens in that language next time. Kept for 1 year.
Stripe cookies
When you open the checkout to pay for creatives or a subscription, the Stripe payment form loads and may set its own cookies (for example __stripe_mid and __stripe_sid). Stripe uses them to process the payment securely and prevent fraud. These cookies are set only after you start a payment. Details are in Stripe’s cookie policy at stripe.com/cookies-policy/legal.
Google sign-in
If you choose “Continue with Google”, you are taken to a Google page to pick your account. Cookies on that page belong to Google and are governed by Google’s policies. creogen.eu itself does not load Google scripts.
Browser storage
Besides cookies, the site keeps a few short-lived notes in your browser’s session storage: for example, which creative you wanted to add to the cart or download before signing in, so the action can continue right after you sign in. This data never leaves your browser and is erased when you close the tab.
How to control cookies
To change your choice, delete the cookies of creogen.eu in your browser settings — the banner will appear again on your next visit. You can also block cookies in the browser, but if you block PHPSESSID you will not be able to sign in, use the cart or pay. Without the lang cookie, the site picks the language automatically on each new visit.
