About these terms
These terms govern your use of creogen.eu and the services of Creogen: the creative catalog, ready packs, free creatives, subscription plans and custom production on request. By creating an account, placing an order or subscribing, you accept these terms. If you use the site on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept them for that company.
Your account
You can register with your email and a password or sign in with Google. Keep your login details private: you are responsible for actions taken in your account. Please give us accurate contact details so we can deliver your orders. We may suspend an account that is used for fraud or in breach of these terms.
Catalog creatives and ready packs
Each creative in the catalog shows its price in euros. Prices include taxes applicable at checkout. You add creatives to your cart, may leave customization notes for each one and pay through the Stripe checkout. An order is confirmed once the payment succeeds.
Catalog previews may carry a watermark. After payment we prepare the final file and upload it to your dashboard, where it becomes available for download when the order status is “done”. Ready packs with a prepared archive are delivered right after payment. If you left customization notes, we contact you when something needs clarifying.
Free creatives
Creatives marked FREE can be downloaded at no cost after you sign in. They come with the same license as paid creatives, without any guarantee of updates or support.
Subscriptions
- Starter — 10 catalog creatives per month for €199;
- Business — 25 catalog creatives per month for €299.
The subscription renews automatically each month and is charged through Stripe until you cancel. Your quota is renewed at the start of each billing period; unused creatives do not carry over to the next period. Creatives covered by the quota are marked “By subscription” in your cart. Ready packs are paid separately.
You can cancel at any time in your dashboard under Plans & Credits. The plan stays active until the end of the paid period and is not renewed after that. Upgrading takes effect immediately; switching to a lower plan takes effect from the next billing period. If a payment fails, the quota is paused until the card is updated.
Custom production
Through the “Start project” form you can send us a brief for custom creatives. A brief is a request, not an order: we reply with questions, scope, timing and price, and the work starts once both sides agree. Finished files for a brief are delivered to your dashboard.
License
After full payment, or after downloading a free creative, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual right to use the delivered creative in your own advertising and marketing on any channels and in any countries, and to edit, crop, localize and resize it for those campaigns. You may not resell or distribute the creatives as stand-alone files or templates, offer them as a stock library or claim authorship of them. All other rights stay with Creogen.
Your responsibility for campaigns
iGaming advertising is regulated differently in every country. You are responsible for making sure your campaigns, offers, targeting and the final use of our creatives comply with the laws, licensing conditions and advertising platform rules that apply to you. Materials you send us, such as logos, brand assets and footage, must be yours or used with permission.
Refunds
Creatives are digital content delivered for download. If a delivered file is damaged, does not match the creative you ordered or the agreed customization, write to creogen@bmgm.io and we will fix or replace it; if we cannot, we will refund that item. Payments are processed by Stripe, and refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Liability
We provide the site and the creatives with reasonable care but do not guarantee specific advertising results such as clicks, conversions or approval by advertising platforms. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes and contact
